I was EXTREMELY reluctant to take this class because of the stereotypes about self defense classes. This class is all the things that a personal safety class should be and more. The single best thing I have ever done for myself! As a result of the basics class I am a better communicator and a safer person (I am hooked and have since taken an advanced class). I would HIGHLY recommend the basics class to children and grandparents alike! You will wonder how you made it so far in your life without it and recommend it to all your loved ones.
