Yesterday I spoke with a gentleman at Precision Television, thoroughly expecting to be in a bad mood when I was done with that phone call. Instead, I had the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I believe his name was Richard? Anyway, he was extremely helpful in getting my questions answered and made me very smart, even when I know nothing much about TV’s and electronics. Thank you Richard for all of your help yesterday.
