Can’t say enough about the yoga at Potentials! I’ve been practicing yoga there since they opened — having following Olga from her previous locations. Olga, and now Emily, are everything you want in a yoga teacher. Both are thoughtful and caring practitioners. They listen to the needs of the class, adapt the practice of that day to what is needed, and then put together a thoughtful class. I’m never disappointed and always have a feeling of well-​being when leaving class.
