I have been looking for a place to practice martial arts that doesn’t have a bunch of angry people in it. I have practiced hard styles before but was looking for something soft and fun! Joseph is perfect for that and I have been practicing everything I can with him ever since!
Capoeira is a must!

I attended the workshop led by visiting instructor, Ada Lusardi. It was absolutely wonderful. She was interesting and fun and knowledgable and it was totally worth the money. The studio itself was also great. It was clean and pretty and had lots of props. I will be back!
