I heard about Portland Wellness Care from a friend who had gone in to get help with their back pain. I hadn’t been to a Chiropractor prior to my visit so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Needless to say, this practice was amazing, the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dr. Cathcart was able to help me with my back pain and provide a lot of valuable insights for living a healthier/​functional lifestyle. I will definitely be coming back and I will continue to recommend this practice to my friends/​colleagues.

After having a long week at work, I came into the Portland Wellness Care hoping to get some relief on my tense neck, back and shoulders. The front desk was welcoming, attentive and efficient in getting me in and I got an appointment with Dr. Cathcart. He was super nice and when I told him I’d never been to a chiropractor, he took the time to explain everything he was doing to put me at ease. Not only did he adjust my neck and back, he also taught me some preventative, easy exercises I can do on my own. I walked out feeling 100% better. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Portland Wellness Care by a friend after I began experience back pain. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and it more than exceeded my expectations. Dr. Cathcart was able to diagnose my problem quickly and provided me with care in a timely manner. The facilities are clean and very nice, and the staff is very friendly. I was told that with the type of injury I had (displaced rib), it can take multiple chiropractor visits before the pain will fully subside. I am happy to report that after just three visits (two visits plus a third as a check-​in), I have experienced no back pain for the past 3 months. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and anyone else seeking a chiropractor.

I came in during the first week they were open, and they were still building out the space. Even so their systems for processing were top notch and they made me feel right at home. Dr. Scott was able to align by back and neck while making me feel at ease. I left feeling like a large weight had been taken off. Will certainly be back.
