I had problems with my laser printer HP 4L and Greg did a great job getting it going again. On top of that, helped me get my all in one office jet and my photo printer working too! all for a very reasonable price. Greg is obviously knowledgeable and skilled and a very pleasant and polite person. Recommend him for any job related to these printers and assume he could fix anything based on watching!

Greg did amazing work. My Brother printer had a broken plastic part, he was able to diagnose it quickly. Since the part controlled a rarely needed sensor, he even tried to ‘work around’ the sensor to enable me to operate. When that didn’t work, he ordered the part and had it installed quickly
Greg’s service is stellar. I would highly recommend him.

I called Greg after looking him up on Google. He offered to come to my site the following morning and repair my HP printer. Greg was on time and professional. He fixed my printer in less than an hour! I was truly grateful and impressed with his quality of service. Thanks Greg!

I found Greg on a Google search and am TOTALLY happy with his repairs, knowledge, and professionalism! The first time he fixed our printer & cleaned it up. Soon after I called again and he stopped by same day. It ended up being such a minor issue that he didn’t charge us, even though I tried more than once to offer $$$. I recently contacted him for a printer recommendation for our small business. He took the time to write a thoughtful opinion on the questions I posed. How many repairmen will take time from their busy day to do that? I am truly impressed!
