Love this place! Heidi is the best teacher I’ve every had and goes just at my speed. Lovely space too.

Heidi is a fantastic instructor! I’ve had chronic pain around my shoulderblades forever. Massage helped me for a little while, but it would always come back. Since I’ve been working with Heidi to strengthen the muscles that oppose the cranky ones, it’s been GONE.
Something else that has improved — and this is going to be the weirdest confession EVER — is going to the bathroom while backpacking. Ask any woman — going to the bathroom in the woods is… less than optimal. However, after several months of pilates, I noticed that I was able to balance better and squat lower. So there you have it — Pilates helps you pee in the woods!
