I called to ask if I could place an order over the phone or if I could come in and have a look. The woman asked what I was looking for and promptly said they don’t have that. I said I am totally flexible, I just need white boxes in two different sizes (any sizes) and she said, «No, we don’t have what you’re looking for.» It was almost as if from the second she picked up the phone, she wanted to turn me away. I was looking forward to supporting a local business, but I will not ever go to them for anything ever again. Back to U Line it is. I was hoping to order a lot for my retail business from them, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, envelopes, etc. so I’m not sure why I was turned away so quickly. Definitely do NOT recommend. Terrible service.

I highly recommend Portland Packaging. I walked into their office just needing packaging and they assisted me in getting my chairs shipped. They were more helpful than the traditional shipping companies and had no red tape or ridiculous rules, just common sense superior service!

Incredible job on packing some very large and bulky furniture. That crate was so well-​constructed I could have lived in it! Beautiful work — not the tiniest scratch on any of the pieces. Very helpful and courteous customer service. A top notch operation.
