We worked with Lynn planning flowers for a young man’s funeral. 22 years old. She was polite, caring and understanding. Also compassionate in a time of grief and is huge part of customer service for me. The funeral home I felt didn’t show us any emotion where Lynn was understanding and compassionate making sure we were taken care of. The smell in the store is just blissful, picking out flowers she was helpful and we picked them up from the shop which sara was also very helpful and compassionate. The flowers turned out better than imagined and I would use them again for any occasion and recommend them to any family or friends. Thank you ladies

We hired Portland florist shop for our wedding and I had my doubts because I am so extremely picky about flowers. I wanted something effortlessly romantic. I sent over pictures and it was out of my hands … When I was handed my wedding bouquet it was stunning!!! I cannot explain how special this bouquet was! Pictures don’t do it justice! There were tiny jasmine flowers in it so now when I smell jasmine it brings me back to my wedding day. The flowers on the alter were perfect and my bridesmaids were in love with the bridesmaid bouquets. The center pieces were amazing as well and it was all cohesive without matching too much. I wanted dusty purple, dark purple, white, dusty pink and bits of greenery and it was all executed amazingly. Thank you so much Portland florist shop for being a part of my wedding. I would recommend them to any bride.

They put together a great birthday arrangement and made a quick delivery (it was even past their cut-​off time). Great customer service and attention to details. Will certainly use again!

I went in to the Portland Florist Shop yesterday and was promptly greeted by very friendly staff. They had numerous customers but made an effort to assist me quickly. They explained the many options that were available and even gave my son a cookie while he waited! I am thrilled to have found a floral shop in my neighborhood and will definitely return!

I ordered some Moonstruck Chocolates about 10:30 one morning for delivery. The package was delivered that day. The person I spoke with was kind and efficient. I’ll use Portland Bakery Delivery (that was the name I found them under) again, for sure!

Purchased a birthday delivery for a friend at a decent price! They got it delivered in time and as requested. The flowers look adorable! I would purchase from this florist again! :)

Received this gorgeous Rose arrangement along with a JaCiva Red Velvet cake from my boyfriend for my birthday. They delivered them together, the photos speak for themselves.
Then I received another gorgeous «just because» arrangement a month later along with another JaCiva Red Velvet cake from this florist. What a great service. Breathtakingly beautiful! Thank You so much Portland Florist!

I ordered a flower arrangement based on the website photos, but the arrangement they delivered had really poor roses: there were fewer than shown in the photo, they were short, and dry. Less than 18hrs after delivery, the roses were crispy and visibly brown. They never did open, reverting back to closed, dry buds. When I contacted the shop, they were snotty about the whole thing. I’m going back to Sammy’s Flowers, where the arrangements look great when they arrive and still look great a week later.

Got the most beautiful bouquet of red roses delivered to me from the Portland Florist Shop! The arrangement was gorgeous. There was a tasty little pastry with it. The whole presentation and delivery was wonderful. I was impressed.

I placed an order and Neal was very nice on the phone and they were able to deliver same day. I asked for Purple roses and Neal said they were Lavender. To me lavender is a purple color, but in roses its a reddish pink. I was not happy with the color as I was wanting purple. I call the owner (Lynn) and she tells me they dont make PURPLE roses. I buy Purple colored roses before and she tells me they are fake. REALLY? All I wantes was a little Customer Service to make things right. She would not STOP telling me lavender is purple and they dont make purple, I got mad and she hung up on me. LOL All I wated was purple Lynn and I would have been happy. She was not going to accomidate our work schedules and replace with something Purple. LADY I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU IF YOU WERE THE LAST FLOWER SHOP, thank GOD you are not!

Once again Laural rock it!!! Roses, dahlias and cookies!!! This is now my go to florist in Portland!

My daughter and I went into Portland Florist on a Friday afternoon to order a boutonnière. We sat down at the table and were looking at photos of boutonnieres. An employee walked up to us and bluntly informed us that they were not making any boutonnieres because they were too busy making Mother’s Day bouquets. She did not apologize. Are they in business or not? If they know they are going to be busy they should have more people working. I guess they don’t make any money on a boutonnière compared to bouquets for Mother’s Day. We went to another florist and they were happy to get our business. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I received a bouquet of flowers from Portland Florist yesterday for valentine’s day. The flowers were sloppily arranged and some of them were already wilting upon delivery. Clearly no care went into the arrangement. Very disappointing.
If you want to send a bouquet of flowers to show your thoughtfulness, search elsewhere. Portland Florist’s arrangements do the opposite.

I used Portland Florist Shop for the first time this Valentines Day, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The Flowers were delivered on time (ALWAYS A BONUS) and she loved THEM! They look as good in the picture she sent me, as they did on the website!
The price was right for this time of year as well as year round! Delivery was not a bad price at ALL!

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and forgot there was a snow storm in Portland. I called them the next morning and they said they were still delivering! Sure enough the flowers got to my mom and she loved it. If that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is. Thank you for going above and beyond when the rest of the city was shut down over the snow and making my mom’s day brighter, Amazing!

I placed an order from Los Angeles, CA for my sister. I ordered «How Sweet It Is Flowers» bouquet. When my sister received it she took a picture and sent it to me. To my surprise it looked nothing like the photo, almost all the flowers had been swapped out or not put in at all, and it wasn’t the size also specified. — They kindly refunded my order since I was not happy, so that was good.

I was very disappointed in my long distance order for an engagement party. I clearly stated on the phone I wanted roses in the arrangement and I didn’t want lilies. The picture my niece sent was filled with lilies and tulips. No roses, at least from that view. The arrangement was not balanced. The names on the card were not punctuated. For 75.00 I did not come close to getting my money’s worth. If Whole Food delivered flowers they would have been much better for that amount.

They sent me old flowers that were brown by day 2! Happy v-​day. When I called about a replacement/​refund, the lady was very rude and said I could go shop somehwere else because flowers only live 5 – 7 days, even tho Teleflora has a 7 day gurantee (and that’s what pdx florist’s website say — NOT TRUE)
