Portland Extended Stay Guest House

The Portland Extended Stay Guest House is perfect place for anyone who is new in town, students, or for visitors. The guesthouse is absolutely lovely and so is the owner. The house is fully equipped with everything, and if you need something just ask Kol, the owner, and he is more than happy to help you out. I especially loved the hot tub in the back when I needed to relax.
The location is great as well. It is only 5 blocks away from Alberta Street, which is cute street with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Alberta Street has everything anyone could ask for. For any students looking for housing, the guesthouse is two miles from Concordia University, and is an easy bus or bike ride away :) The house is also close to two bus routes that take you downtown.
While I was staying there the atmosphere of the house was equally as great. I recommend to anyone who decides to stay here to get to know your roommates. It is a great way to make some new friends if you are new in town!
My experience was superb, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for temporary housing in Portland.

Can’t beat it. Nice neighborhood, quite accessible, clean, safe, well-​equiped, well-​furnished, comfortable, low price… For my one-​month stay, everything went great. Kol, the landlord, is very friendly, open, welcoming and arranging.
