Jordan straight up stole my money. I would love to get everyone to file a complaint with the police if anyone else is interested. I meant to do it when it happened, but I talked to a lawyer who didn’t think one complaint would be a big deal to a cop. I gave him $ 500 cash, and realized as soon as I left the store that I had made a huge mistake. This guy was totally awful and we should do something about it! Or maybe he’s not in business anymore? I can’t pull up his webpage, or fake web page!

We ordered a modest mattress and boxspring set from Jordan. We were told that his credit card reader was down, so we needed to pay cash. we ordered the set on a Sunday and were told it would be there on friday. When we never heard from them, I tried calling but got no response. on Saturday I received a text stating that their parent company had gone under, leaving them holding the bag. the text stated that they had re-ordered the set, and they were taking a loss on it but that it would arrive in about a week. After several weeks of being unable to reach anybody by phone or text, we decided to visit the warehouse. We were lucky enough to find that Jordan was showing another set(much more expensive than the set we had paid for) to another customer. when we began asking about our mattress set or a refund Jordan asked that we please wait until he finished with his current customer. We continued demanding answers. Jordan(I believe in an effort to appease the current customer) offered us a loaner mattress that looked quite used, until ours arrived. We refused the dirty, stained mattress and asked that he make this right by simply refunding our money. Jordan pulled a wad of cash from the pocket of his cargo shorts and refunded our money! At that time the other customer began to ask us about our experience, and we told him how awful it had been, that this guy had given us the run around for weeks and wouldn’t answer our calls after he took our money. That customer said he wouldn’t do business with a guy like that, and walked out! Jordan then turned to us, and(in front of our children) began lecturing us about how we had just chased off a customer who was looking to buy a $ 1000 mattress set. He went on about how trying to get revenge on his business was not how we should have handled this situation. I was absolutely apalled by his reaction, especially after reading how many people he has scammed!

Horrible people, horrible fake business. Jordan Bilyeu steals your money, and is not to be trusted as a salesmen. Hopefully some type of resolution will come from the $ 500 I paid for a mattress and bed frame, which he has effectively stolen from me. Do not do business here.

Sadly, I’m joining the ranks of people who lost money to this company. I paid $ 200 cash for a mattress that their website indicated was in stock. Jordan told me that their credit card system wasn’t working and I needed to pay with cash or check and that my mattress would be there in a week. He didn’t give me a receipt. It’s now been over 2 weeks and I’m getting the same treatment as the other reviewers, no return of my calls or text messages. I’m a super broke student who saved money to get a bed and have been sleeping on the floor all the while starting medical school. I’m now realizing after reading other reviews that I’m never going to get my mattress or my money back. Taking people’s money and not giving them the product they paid for is theft. Jordan should be put in jail.

On April, 22, 2014, I went with my developmentally disabled brother in law to Portland Discount furniture to help him purchase furniture for his first apartment. There was very little furniture there besides beds so we picked out a lovely coffee table and 2 matching end tables, a lounge chair, and a mattress and bed springs from a catalogue they showed us. I know that my Brother in law paid in full because he also borrowed money from me to make the full purchase. He received the bed, lounge chair(The lounge chair was not the right size and was cheaply made but they would not take it back as «all sales are final») and two end tables in a reasonable amount of time(two weeks) but the coffee table did not come on the truck. We have both made several inquiries and each time we were told it would be here«this coming Friday» for 3 months. Around August 1, 2014 he got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. I called them myself to try to help him out but now no one will return our calls. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Follow up post. — It is now mid-September. The man from PDF&B called my brother in law to say that he would give him his money back then never showed up nor did he leave a message. We have left countless messages but no one will return our calls. Appalling that they would cheat a disabled person like this.

I purchased a futon in September. The futon was beautiful and the delivery experience was super, however 3 months later the springs and cushion are shot in the futon. As a result when you sit on it you can feel the wood frame and its extremely uncomfortable. It was inexpensive so I guess I got what I paid for.
