Portland Crab Catering

I was chillin at the Seafood and Wine fest, minding my own biz, getting my drink on, when i realized I should probably get some food into my belly before I’m wasted.
So I perused the different offering and really couldn’t resist a whole dungeness crab — especially at around 20 bones. So i got one!
It was pretty damn delicious. I’d recommend going a bit lighter on the seasoning to not overpower the sweetness of dungeness (it ain’t blue crab), but otherwise it was a great value and perfectly cooked.
I asked the guys where their store is and they said they were an upstart that doesn;t have a store but does do catering. They come to your house or location and steam large pots of crab for you and your friends. Think i’m gonna hit that up for my next b-​day. local dungeness crab… mmmmmmmmm

Their crab at the Portland Seafood and Wine Festival was AWESOME.
Best crab we’ve ever had, hands down.
Will definitely use them for catering at our next party!
