Pizza Hut

I ordered from Saturday night and have never been more disappointed. Usually this is my go to pizza hut for delivery as it’s literally less than a mile from my house. So you’d think everything would be easy peezy, right? Wrong.
First mistake was ordering it online. It waited until after I purchased to give me an estimated time, which turned out to be 1 hour and 40 minutes. So I should have called and cancelled once realizing half way into my waiting game. Once it showed up 2 HOURS later, the food was COLD and dried out. I’ve NEVER recieved cold food from ANY delivery service before esp. pizza. Then, I noticed my box says 1 40 written on it. Know what that makes me think? They had it cooked and were just playing a waiting game since online gave me a calculation and not them. I go for my breadsticks. They forgot my sauce. The only reason I really eat them. TWO hours to get an order right and everything is wrong. Needless to say my displeasure in my order has made this pizza hut location lose my business for good.
