Pizza Hut

Dominoes is a few blocks closer, and they somehow manage to get to my place within 30 minutes of ordering. Pizza hut takes at least an hour and a half, every time. The pizza is also always cold. When i asked the driver about it, they said the owner refuses to hire more drivers so they get really backed up. Incompetent management here. As i was writing this, my order finally arrived almost an hour late. They forgot the hut flavor on the crust… this Pizza hut sucks ass. I was wish i could leave a negative 5 stars.

I tried to order online with the visa checkout option in order to take advantage of the 50% off and it wasn’t working so I called in to get assistance and the person I spoke to said he was transferring me to his supervisor and transferred me to some call center where I waited on hold about 5 minutes and the lady that answered said that she had no idea what was going on and that they had been transferring customers over there before. So I called back spoke to a different person and again attempted to order, first he argued with me that I was too far away even though this was the store that the website suggested to me that WAS within distance. Im only on se 28^th and stark, afterall. I tried again to order and he said that to get the 50% off you have to order more than 2 pizzas even though the coupon says up to 2 pizzas and I asked for a supervisor and he said he was the manager so I eventually hung up after getting so angry and had someone else order from their tablet. Hideous service.

Worst experience ordering pizza… EVER. EVER!!! Hour and a half, wrong food, no sides, guy on the phone was an ass. Pizza Hut has lost a customer forever, thanks to ‘Ray’ and the folks at the Powell location in Portland, OR. Ridiculous.

Night manager Richard handed me a box of wings I opened it to check. Saw only 7 wings (suppose to have 8). Asked him about it. He said yeah it’s suppose to have 8 but we dropped one — shady bastard was knowingly going to let me leave with 7 instead the 8 I paid for. That’s makes him a … Yupe. Rather displeased. Oh, the food is good here. I really enjoy Pizza Hut and this branches food. Just wanted to name drop Richard as shady! Check your order close!

Do you seek pizza that is cold and late while still paying full price? Then look no further than this Pizza Hut location!
I have ordered a few times from this location and they have consistently delivered poor service. The food is average — it is Pizza Hut after all, but sometimes you are just craving something quick and easy. Though quick is a characteristic this particular Pizza Hut does not embody. My last two delivery orders were as follows:
#1 — Online Delivery Estimate 1 hour, Actual Delivery 2 hours 30 minutes
#2 — Online Delivery Estimate 1 hour, Actual Delivery 2 hours
Is this place a joke? I guess the joke is on me for even bothering to try them again after the first order. The food always arrives cold unsurprisingly, probably closer to the temperature of the 2-​liter that accompanies the order.
I’m amazed that this location is still in business. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else like Domino’s or Bellagios. Better yet, roll your own dough and make a pizza from scratch — it’d be faster than waiting for a delivery from here.

I should have read the reviews of other hungry people left disappointed, dissatisfied and otherwise just plain pissed. Like many of the former reviewers, I am taking the time to write a review for PIZZA HUT. Seriously? Normally, I would just move on but when my pizza is hour and a half late and I got were excuses from the kid on the other end of the phone sure I was mad. I was even more so when it actually showed up. I was so furious that I sent it back and told the driver to tell her boss he messed up. No pizza should ever take 90 minutes. This is my second poor experience with Pizza Hut. I am officially done and now join the ranks of other people who are fed up and regret their decision to place their order in the first place.

I don’t know why I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut in the first place, should have went food shopping like I planned. No pizza place in the area takes an hour even on the busiest nights. They estimate an hour and you get cold pizza two hours later with no apologies or updates. Unilocal needs black dots for places that deserve and need negative reviews. Stay away. There’s better pizza out there, and you’ll be eating it sooner.

I ordered two pizzas and one was really undercooked and the other one had bacon bits when it was only supposed to have tomatoes and black olives (I’m vegetarian). I called to let them know and the woman on the phone put a free credit for a pizza on my account. I called back a week later to use the credit and the guy on the phone said I didn’t have it, but he would still give me a freebie. I felt like he didn’t believe me and was curt and got off the phone very quickly. When the pizza arrived the guy delivering was rude and all he said was «there you go. That’s for you» and took off really quickly. I ordered a pan cheese pizza but they gave me hand tossed and it was literally disgusting, the greasiest I’ve ever seen from Pizza Hut. Several pieces weren’t cut right and they guy had given us a huge stack of napkins with the pizza which I’ve never seen before. Maybe to mop up the puddles of grease? Never ordering from here again, ever.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Order estimated 30 minutes took 80. No apology, no explanation. I should have known better.

Only beard guy is cool as a delivery driver all others are rude especially old guy. My pizza is always screwed up some way or another they have never gotten it right in the twenty times they have delivered.

I love this Pizza Hut when I don’t want my pizza until two hours later. Wish I was exaggerating.

Im unhappy finding lots of hairs in my pizza box. 4 is too many and I have not even finished half of it.

Normally I wouldn’t bring myself to write a review of something like pizza hut but this is truly the WORST pizza I have ever had and that statement applies only to this location!
My work out in Hillsboro frequently orders pizza hut and it’s delicious and pretty much what I’ve come to expect through past pizza hut experiences. Good guilty pleasure cheap easy pizza. This location is not worth any amount. The last time I ordered from them the pizza took 2 hours, was literally brick-​like and blackened, foul tasting, and the chocolate dunkers actually contained a piece of plastic. This is probably the third or fourth such experience like this at this point and I have now learned my lesson.
For reference I placed my last order after receiving a 50% off coupon and after calling due to the poor quality was offered a $ 20 refund. Basically meaning I paid about $ 5 total and this pizza still was not worth the $ 5 i lost. It went out with the garbage.
The Dominos that delivers to the same area is one of the best Dominos I’ve found and so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE trust that you will not like this pizza, it is foul and consistently foul, not the normal Pizza Hut experience by far and possibly the worst pizza, again consistently, that I have EVER had.

We’ve ordered from here multiple times over the years, here’s the trick…
If your pizza arrives within 20 minutes it’s edible; if your pizza arrives any time after that it will be cold, uncut, customer service won’t care, and you’ll regret eating every bite. Doesn’t matter how long they quote for delivery time, or how early or late it is, when you order wait 20 minutes and if you don’t have pizza call and cancel. This has happened multiple times to us.
Beyond that it’s Pizza Hut, you know what you’re getting, you just hope it’s warm.

I’m writing a review for a dang Pizza Hut. I’m hitting a new low, but I’m tryin’ to spare some people.
This is the worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever ordered from (every few months I’ll try again when I’m especially lazy to see if it’s improved but I think from this day forward I’m better off ordering from Hammy’s or Babydoll or a different location). Excluding the delivery people who have all been VERY apologetic and friendly about the long wait times (I don’t think I entirely blame them anyway because they always seem very stressed out when they arrive), I have nothing good to say.
You know that delivery estimate they give you? Yeeeeah, the earliest I’ve ever gotten a pizza was 45 minutes later than the estimate (NOTE: I have not ordered on a weekend except for once and that once was a mistake and a half NOTE 2: An estimate can be wrong, but not by 45 minutes! Come on now!). I don’t particularly enjoy that especially since I live about 5 minutes away from this location by car. By the time the pizza gets to my door, it’s cold EVERY time, which is lame. The whole point of ordering a pizza is convenience so it’s not convenient to heat up my oven and cook it an extra few minutes. Speaking of cooking… sometimes the pizza shows up cold AND undercooked! I actually have to finish baking it (I’ve had two pizzas show up just barely golden brown, taken a bite and realized it’s not done yet)… that’s terrible! Luckily, I’ve never had a pizza show up smashed or too sad looking, but the cold/​undercooked thing is just a problem.
I’m speaking from a place of Pizza-​Hut-​does-​not-​need-​to-​be-​the best-ever-because-it’s-supposed-to-a-reliable-and-easy-option-for-days-when-you-just-want-to-sit-on your-​ass-​and-​have-​someone-​bring-​you-​food. This specific location is not that.

Take the estimated time of delivery and add 30 – 60 minutes. That’s when you’ll get your cold food. Ended up getting a cold, undercooked large when I ordered a medium. Think I’ll stick with Dominos next time I want fast food pizza.

Horrid horrid customer service. then they argued with me about it. they cancel my order and then yell at me? Are you serious? I have worked at a pizza hut in New Orleans for three years we would have never ever dared talk to a customer like that… you will never get any money from me or anyone I can possibly tell this to.

I’m giving this one star because I waited over an hour and a half for a basic cheese pizza. Upon calling management, I was greeted with a very rude attitude and told I just had to keep waiting. The delivery man was very friendly and it was his birthday so I did not bring up the fact that I was displeased. Probably not ordering here again.

I ordered pizza online at 2pm for a 6pm delivery. Four hours notice shouldn’t be a problem. I did this because I had a babysitter for my two children, plus their two friends. They NEVER showed up!
When I called at 6:30 to find out what was going on, they said the driver couldn’t figure out how to get into my building, so they canceled my order.
I was furious. The solution? I could reorder and it would be 2 hours. I think not.

Pizza hut is like the Mcdonalds of the pizza world. It ain’t fancy but it is sure good. I’m a junkie for pizza and this is my first choice for delivery. I’ve always had a good experience with the delivery drivers. They have been very friendly and easy to talk to. My building requires you to buzz someone in or have them wait at the door and the drivers never act like I’m slowing them up even though I know it must be irritating! That’s good customer service.
I’ve ordered from them more times than I want you to know and they haven’t forgotten anything yet! And one of the drivers was out of the soda I ordered and he stopped by a store and bought it for me. and might I say he wasn’t even late! I’ll order again, trust me.
