I stopped by because I needed two posters printed and the man there (Patrick) was very nice and helpful! He told me while they didn’t usually do orders like that because the minimum prints were 100, he did it anyways since it was a slow day. I think he took pity on me also because I was really confused on what I wanted and where else to go. I gave him my USB with the photos and he patiently took the time to work his magic. Ten minutes later I walked out with two wonderful prints! He initially charged me only $ 8 but I only had $ 3 in cash so that’s what I paid. He told me not to worry about it but I wanted to pay him something for being so wonderful! I highly recommend this place for printing. I will definitely come back here for any future large scale printing projects. I’ll probably call or email first though. Thanks again!

Phoenix Media is professional, accommodating, and competitively priced. Patrick is incredibly helpful and so far, I recommend, though I just approved my proofs. If anything changes with the printing I will amend. But thus far, I am pleased with the service and quality and plan to continue using them in the future.

Patrick worked with me via email and phone to help me get my computer file correct before printing, which I never did figure. so then Patrick made the adjustment himself in Photoshop – above and beyond the call of duty. But wait, there’s more! Then it turned out there was a miscommunication regarding the order and Patrick saw to it that the mistake was corrected, and in record time. Fast, friendly and helpful – I will definitely go back!

Ron and the folks at Phoenix Media are amazing to work with. Fast and friendly service and they gave me a great price on our large order of business cards for our new business. I’ve actually worked with them on several occasions at different companies, and will continue to business with them in the future as printing needs come up.
Our business cards, promotional flyers, contracts/​paperwork and all of our printing needs were all taken care of by Phoenix. It was nice having one shop that can do it all.

In the meantime moved to C-​town, still sticking with Phoenix media for my printed matters. Had an upcoming show and had them make me tickets I handed out as invitation cards prior to the event. OH MY GOD THEY ARE GORGEOUS!!! They are so nice that people use them as book marks and I am considering to have a second edition printed, as they are really decorative and good quality.
Phoenix people were as always showing how very much on the spot they are. I had originally sent a design with a spelling mistake, called them up, told them, it was no big deal, sent another with correct spelling, but they worried one line might be too close to the bleed, got back to me about that immediately and I updated again.
My design for these is BAUHAUS-​style and the letters run over the edges, so they are cut off. They were nervous if that is intentional and asked me about it. In this case YES, I want it cut off, but it is great that they pay attention and bother. Tickets were printed fast and look, as said, fabulous. besides they are really good value for what you get, not wanting to use the word «cheap».
To compare: I recently also had show cards made through a gallery with another print shop in the area. Similar lay out with cut off letters. This print shop did not ask back if it is a possible mistake, instead they avoided the bleed I had added and so at the left side there is on several cards a tiny white line, besides that the card stock is way thinner and less nice. Still OK cards, but Phoenix kids definitely go the extra mile that others simply cannot bother with.
In my case it is definitely: once go Phoenix, always Phoenix!

Phoenix Media has been printing projects for me for work since 2008, and they have always done a good job. I admit that I am fussy. Once, when the color wasn’t what I’d ok’d on the proof, they reprinted the order — no questions asked. Their website interface is easy & reliable. Plus they’re affordable, conveniently located (for me), friendly and they don’t blow sunshine. I appreciate a company that tells me when they can or cannot achieve something on a tight deadline.
Just started taking some personal work there too, and the first batch of flyers looked great! I have some more print projects coming up and I’m sure I’ll be seeing them soon.

Phoenix Media turned around a simple poster project for me in less than 24hrs — AND I could go pick it up in the evening. Super happy with the quality, too.
They have an easy to use website for ordering, and even responded when i messed up my order. :)
