Ryan was exceptional! We knew he would do a good job the minute we met him. However, he performed better than we could have ever dreamed of. Multiple people came up to us after the wedding commenting on the great music and dancing. The times he approached us during the night, he was very calm and added not a single ounce of stress. He was organized, gave the exact feel we were looking for with the music, was excellent on the microphone, and there was not a single flaw that was apparent to us or our guests. I would not hesitate for one tiny second on hiring him!
We even added time to our venue to keep the dance party going!

Ryan rocked our wedding!
I’ve been planning yesterday’s wedding for almost a year, during which time I interviewed about 10 different DJs in the Portland area. The anal retentive gal that I am, I put together a spreadsheet using the questions I found at
. I pulled info from DJ websites, then made appts to interview each via phone. Ryan stood out in that he was nice, he listened and he provided great ideas. He doesn’t have that 20 something club style, but the more traditional style with flexibility to include my quirky ideas.
Ryan was very responsive throughout the planning process, proactively scheduled calls for us to discuss a schedule, any outstanding needs/​questions and was awesome to work with on our wedding day. His set up was nice and compact for our small reception at Multnomah Falls Lodge and his sound system is outstanding. Between the music I provided, some that he supplemented and our slideshow, he helped us pull off a wonderful event.

I had planned on doing my own music from an I-​pod, and a few weeks before the wedding, my computer crashed. I thought everything was going to crash and burn, and then I found Ryan. Ryan SAVED OUR WEDDING. Honestly. I felt SO relieved to have found him from the very first time we spoke. Even though it was last minute, Ryan made sure to be available and lifted a HUGE weight off our shoulders. He is so organized, and so experienced, he makes it so very easy to choose all of your songs and keep things in line. He went out of his way to find all the songs we wanted, and even helped me make song changes the day of! Ryan was the first one at the site, and probably the last to leave. He was the one telling everyone when to walk down the isle, and to tell us when it was time for speeches, dances and cake cutting. I can’t imagine what a disaster our special day could have been if it wasn’t for Ryan. He made us feel so special and important even after the wedding. We received several compliments about how amazing our DJ was and what a great selection of music we had. I refer Ryan to all my friends, co-​workers, patients etc. (I created a Unilocal account just for this review!) You couldn’t ask for a better guy to work with! Thanks Ryan!

Perfect Memory did a fantastic job on our wedding! Ryan not only had a great sound system, he played the perfect music for us and people could actually hear us say our vows. He coordinated the cake cutting, toasts and announcements and everything came off perfectly. He’s also very nice and professional. I highly recommend him!
