My stylist, I believe her name is Katherine, was awful. I told her EXACTLY how I like my hair cut. Nothing difficult or exotic. Very straight forward cut. She completely ignored what I said and cut it how she wanted. Not at all how I had asked! I was furious. She completely ignored the customer. Anyway after that, when you pay for the terrible cut, they don’t have a line for the tip, so they ask you how much you would like to add on for the tip. AREYOUKIDDINGME!!! You have to announce to the entire place how generous you are! I tipped $ 2, because I was bullied into it. I HATETHISPLACE.

I went in to get a trim and got Kathryn. She was great. She had some recommendations and I liked what she did. My hair responded very well. It was exactly what I needed and appreciated she took time to give me an analysis and take care of me. Good customer service and clean.

Horrendous! I was encouraged by the fact that several names had requested«Hannah» as their stylist, so I thought it’d be a safe walk-in cut. After all, I had brought multiple photo references and even drawn and annotated a diagram of the very simple – but not particularly common – haircut I wanted. I should have known when she started cutting my hair dry, but I’d had a very good haircut done before once that way, so I thought it’d be fine. Not so. Suffice it to say she ignored requests she’d said she understood, lopped off far more than I had indicated in her first big chop, and – well – in trying to explain to me that no, one side was NOT obviously much longer than the other, she held hair above my head, where an inch of difference was evident. Takeaway: Don’t let Hannah near your hair. Run – don’t walk – the other way.
