Our 2yo daughter loves Peninsula Children’s Learning Center, which makes for happy parents! They have amazing dedicated teachers, do tons of activities each day and it’s an all around great facility. I would recommend the facility again and again and am so grateful that we’ve found a second home for our toddler to flourish.

I’m surprised there aren’t more great reviews for this place. Our twins have been attending Peninsula Children’s Center in the toddler room for the last year and they have really blossomed. Some days they don’t want to leave! They have a dedicated toddler playground so big kids don’t push them around, with a covered area if it’s raining, as well as several indoor areas for play, reading, and music. When it’s nice out, they often take short walks around the neighborhood and get to see chickens, trains(the max train), plants, and animals. In the fall they had a little«pumpkin patch» out back where the kids could pick out pumpkins to paint. I also love that the kids and families here are diverse in many ways — economically, racially, socially. My only regret is that there aren’t more group events to get to know the other families better, though it’s a bit of my own fault for being too busy to attend the parent meetings… Peninsula also provides all the snacks and well-rounded meals which is a huge help for our family. No rush to get lunch made before school and no meals to plan. And lunch is often hot! Another great plus is that they are open pretty long hours almost every day of the year, unlike many daycares and preschools, which is great for working parents. A friend’s toddler goes to a school that is closed at least a few days every month and they end up having to pay a sitter on top of the tuition! I highly recommend Peninsula Children’s Center. Our kids are transitioning to the Junior room and are really excited about the change instead of being intimidated. That speak volumes to me. It’s a great place for your kid to grow and learn.
