Christy Drown leads her classes for women of all ages and levels of ability. Since I started 3 months ago, I have lost inches and gained strength, all while having fun! She changes the workout daily and challenges us to challenge ourselves! My exersize use to consist of walking to the mailbox. With Christy’s guidance and expertise, I am learning form first and some adapted moves, as a smart way to set me up for sucess. Using suspention straps to build core strength and flexibity is a great way to get and stay in shape!

Love this work out facility and the trainer, Christy. I joined a little over a year ago following continual recommendations from friends that worked out here. I got hooked from the start and began to see results in my personal fitness level and body shape. I personally have dropped about 8lbs and kept it off utilizing twice weekly workouts and my other activities. Men and women, give PDX Results fitness a try. It’s a really nice studio and Christy is 100% positive, helpful and friendly.
