I already loved Parkway for their dry cleaning, but now I’m sold on their alterations too. I took them a cycling windbreaker with a missing zipper (teeth were still attached, but pull tab, etc was missing). They thought they would be able to replace the pull tab, but later discovered the entire zipper would need to be replaced. They purchased a special zipper to match those on the pockets, an unexpected expense, and the jacket now looks as good as new. Not only that, they discounted my bill because the repair was more than they had originally quoted. I am very happy both with their service and their workmanship.

The woman who does alterations is only there for about an hour (I believe 3−4pm) M-​F. They altered a bridesmaid gown for me; it was too long, made of a sheer tulle over a silk slip. I dropped off and was able to pick up in less than a week. The price was approx. $ 30 in comparison to David’s Bridal quote of $ 60. I was very happy with the price and her handiwork. You cannot tell it’s been modified in any way!

Nice folks and they do great work. And I LOVE the free pick-​up and drop off service! I cannot believe how many years I used to schlep my laundry to and from the dry cleaner. This is the only way to go!

I just started using these guys a week ago. They’ve been delivering their services to my office twice per week for the past 6 months and my whole team brings in their shirts to get laundered. They make it very, very easy. Highly recommend!

I have an authentic Navy Pea Coat circa 1948 which was handed down from my father. It is the one piece of clothing that I have an emotional attachment to, so choosing a dry cleaners to entrust its well-​being took time. Do to the reviews here I finally decided this was the place. And I made the right choice. Over the years the buttons have been re sewn time and again, and one had fallen off and I had not had a chance to get around to it. When I brought in the coat I ask that all the buttons be re sewn to match. When I went to pick up the coat the one button had been sewn on but the rest were not touched. A little disappointing but not a big deal, because the coat looked great, better than it had ever looked since I inherited it. Because of the buttons they would not let me pay for the dry cleaning, even after I insisted. The staff are professional, courteous and honest; there prices are reasonable for the excellent care they give to their customers and the garments. They will continue to get my business.

Well, considering I’ve called this place 3x over the last couple of weeks AND nobody ever returns my call — they get 1 star. Not acceptable, I don’t care how busy you are. They have such amazing ratings, not sure what happened.

They are consistently great. If you live close by they will pick up and drop off your items for no extra charge. They do a great job of keeping you up to date on your items especially if they need a little extra time. Two thumbs up

They pick up my dry cleaning at my door and drop it off. I can’t tell you how much time and energy this has saved us. it’s a fair price and well worth the decrease in hassle. When you have a two-​adult working household, this is really the best option. Highly recommend them!

Great customer service at a great price. Have tried out multiple other cleaners in the Beaverton area and haven’t been nearly as happy as I’ve been with Parkway.

Parkway is very good! Once in a while, if something is not right and they have to keep it longer, they let you know. The delivery service is great… one less thing on my list «to do»! Carol
