Park Terrace has changed hands and is now owned by the Rael Development corporation of Irvine, CA and has been renamed Collective Portland. A lot of new amenities were added, but the on site manager is gone and hasn’t been replaced. Lots of new security cameras on the grounds and in public areas were installed, and a manager that covers several west coast properties makes an appearance a couple times a week. Asking prices for the units were bumped up pretty significantly shortly after the acquisition but have gone down slightly since.
