Pizza crust was made paper thin, I could see the toppings through the crust. The crust was burnt before the toppings were even cooked. This store refused to give me a refund unless I brought my COOKED pizzas back, which I did so that I could go to the store on 117th and Halsey which makes way better pizza anyway. It’s nothing but young, inexperienced trainees at this store. Go to 117th and Halsey where they make the pizzas better with more toppings

Papa Murphy’s Thick Crust Pizza first came into my life not long after my father died. It was a Saturday sometime in late February; I don’t believe it was a leap year. A girl named [name redacted] was waiting the counter when I first walked in. I was at first taken aback by her blue hair, then by what I would later to come to find, her newly formed devotion to the Thick Crust pizza that Papa Murphy’s had just rolled out with. Her, and [name redacted], another Papa Murphy employee, discussed pleasantries with me. We talked of business, and the dynamics of a well cooked pizza crust. I could tell that she couldn’t wait to get into it with me about the new Thick Crust. And finally she got her chance — and I quote, «All the employees eat the Thick Crust now. I mean, on on our personal pies.» It was a fifteen minute drive back home, and when I got back, I found the oven was already preheated to 425. I found this strange as I live alone, but I suppose that I had simply left it on the night before, when I cooked my Papa Murphy’s Cowboy(which I had ordered on the standard crust). That doesn’t have anything to do with my review, but I thought it was interesting. Anyway, with the oven heated it only took me fourteen minutes to cook my pie. With that time, I checked (my secret has not yet been posted). I had to play worship the next morning at church, so when the timer finally went off I was relieved because I knew that I needed to get up for early worship(6am). Biting into the Thick Crust for the first time was maybe my most memorable event, of all the events of my last few years, of doing something for the first time. Truly one for the ages. You’ll have to trust me when I say that my account of this experience is unreliable, as I was in a stupor of ecstasy. My only advice, if I may give some, is that you simply try this crust for yourself. As for me, I have to excuse myself. The timer on my oven just went off.

Best Papa Murphys ever. Watching that team work on a busy Friday night is like watching a ballet! The staff is great and they are willing to do just about anything to make your order to your liking. Never, ever have I seen a «fast food» team combine efficiancy and friendliness as well as these people do. Bravo and thanks.

Friendly service most the time. Only one girl is very very nice, works fast, and knows everything about the pizza. Its close so I don’t mind coming here. :)

I must admit, I was surprised by the quality of the pizzas I’ve gotten at this place. I expected it to be on par with Domino’s. You get exactly the kind of pizza you want at this place: regular, thin crust, or stuffed. You can make it as meaty, cheesy, or puritanical as you like. You watch the staff member put your pizza together, and you can tell him to add more onions or whatever as he’s making it. Unlike some of the more expensive pizzerias in town, who are cheap about giving you a decent amount of sauce or cheese on your pie(and then defend this practice by claiming to be «authentic»), Papa Murphy’s gives good value for your money. They even send out coupons. Both pizzas I’ve gotten here were hands down superior to those I’ve gotten at Rovente, The Globe, American Dream, Bandini’s, Oasis Café, Pizza Hut, etc.(The only pizza I’ve liked as much as these are the ones I’ve gotten at Dove Vivi, and that’s a whole different product, as all Dove Vive pizzas have corn meal crusts.) Plus, you get to bake it yourself, which means you can make it as crispy as you like, or add your own anchovies(which they don’t have) at home. The Veggie deLite pizza was probably the best veggie pizza I’ve ever had. This is the only location of Papa Murphy’s that I’ve tried.
