Without a doubt, Panurgic is the best casting company I’ve worked with: they are fast, reliable and do excellent work.
They are quick to communicate and answer my questions. Their turn-​around time is weeks faster than the last caster I used. Plus they can handle larger orders, which is great for show-​season!
They also do excellent work. Not only do they cut off the sprues, they sand and finish the pieces. When I get them back, they’re pretty much ready to go. I love that Panurgic saves me time, which in turn saves me money.

I have no idea of the caliber of their work as I never got that far. I have been searching for a local Portland casting company to work with and thought Panurgic would be exactly what I needed. My initial email inquiry was responded to almost immediately so I had high hopes for customer service, as well. That’s also where my hopes ended. Despite several more email attempts and an unanswered phone call in the middle of a week day (and I even left a message), I have never heard from them, again. Not sure how someone can stay in business if they don’t respond to their clients…
