Not only do they stop making food 1 hour before closing. (Everything is not fresh anymore and you have to ask and wait for them to make you fresh entrees) there is a employee (Jessica) who is not very intelligent and should not be in the restaurant business. She declined my redemption code because I «did not call to get the code in front of her». If I was the owner of this place I would rethink my methods of operation and employees. Very poor service, and stale quality of food compared to other franchises. Avoid this location if posible.

Waited 7 minutes for teriyaki sauce when it was right in front of the employee. Nope, not going there again.

We go to this location a lot. Went in today and as I was about to get my soda they we was something hanging from the nozzle. Turn out it was black mold and it was on the other nozzles as well. Looks like they haven’t been cleaning them. When we said something to the cashier she was super rude to us about it. This is a definite health risk and employees should know how to use good customer service in these situations.

I’m usually a fan but last night I went there with my mouth watering for my favorite brown rice and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was not cooked like it usually was and with it not being cooked too good I ate a couple of bites and threw it away. I live a ways away and was trying to make it home to watch the fights and eat but I only watched the fights.

If i could give them no stars i would. I forgot my water bottle and my wallet this morning. I stopped in and asked very politely if i could have a glass for some water. i was told that it was .49cents for a glass because they are counted. when i spoke, with the manager, she walked away, down the line, laughing. i would love to film them asking for something free and get the same response i got… i quetly left and will never return as the paying customer at that, location i had been to before…
