They do a star system for the cost of granite. When I asked what it ranged I was able to get a quote. The customer service was wonderful!!! Would highly recommend getting granite here. Very classy place to buy!

Working with these guys is so great. They were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. A bit pricey but I guess that’s what you get for high quality rock. Overall, pretty good place, probably my favorite place to go to for construction projects. I don’t understand all the other negative reviews every time i’ve been there they seemed glad to help. Maybe i’ve just worked with different staff.

I was shocked. A tall woman salesperson was «helping» me. I asked her why some tile sets didn’t have coordinating trim pieces and some did. Perhaps she though I was backwards? She said, «You don’t want it all coordinated by some goober Asian guy in China.» Thats a quote. My kids are Asian. What is this??? Oh, its racism. Sorry, I guess I’m so behind the curve on tile selection that I might not have noticed. Its not ok. I won’t be buying here. I’ll have to seek out more like-​minded sales staff and be every so very glad this person is not my type!!!

WOW! What service… Jason Jensen is a rock star! I was super picky and particular about what I wanted my granite to look like and as we know granite can differ from slab to slab and what you might have in your mind’s eye may not be able to be found. Well, after working with Jason and sharing what I was looking for with pictures… he found it and was able to locate my dream granite! It was exhaustive and there may have been tears shed, but Jason prevailed and I could not be happier with OTM!

Every time I have to go to OTM I end up regretting it. They may be great with their regular clients, but if you’re an end user or a business owner then expect to be sized up and ignored by the sales staff, treated rudely by the people on the showroom floor and generally pissed off. I have had 5 occasions to come here (and did end up having to spec a slab here a while ago) and I hated every time. I just sent my contractor there for some sealant and grout for my kitchen and he had the same experience– the sales person was both condescending and misinformed and sold him the wrong grout.
This place is old school and unless you are a regular commercial client of theirs expect your experience to be painful and suck. Everything I hate about the building trade.
