This has to be the messiest store I have EVERBEENIN. Not just an Old Navy store, any store, including Goodwill. Ever. There are clothes piled everywhere — the dressing rooms look like a warehouse for disaster relief, and the checkout counters look pretty much the same. It looks like nothing anyone has ever brought back, tried on, or taken off a rack has been put away since the store opened. I’m not sure where they would even start. Has a manager or any management ever been to this place? Looks like a 14 year olds room. Ugh! Never again.

The workers here are helpful. I bought a necklace here that broke the first day I wore it. Despite their jewelry being made by a third party and not having my receipt, they gave me a gift card to buy something else in the future. They looked for the receipt on my debit card but couldn’t find it. They asked me how much I thought I had paid for the necklace, which was $ 7. Since I handed over the broken necklace they gave me a $ 10 merchandise credit. Normally they will say hi and maybe check in. Old Navy clothing is generally alright quality. It’s a good place to get cheap trendy things you won’t really want to last for forever. Sometimes they’ll have a lot of things I love and other times I could pass on it all. It’s hit or miss.
