The mark of an amazing workout is when you can see and feel IMMEDIATE results after one session. At NW Pilates, I always walk out feeling a little trimmer. A little taller. My posture has been corrected. My rib cage is tucked in.
That’s what Pilates is supposed to be like. But when you combine an amazing workout with the warmest, friendliest woman with years of athletic knowledge under her belt, you really can’t beat this studio. She makes every workout count, and when I hit this place 2x weekly consistently, that’s when my friends start asking me if I’ve lost weight again.
Immediate results. No joke. The only Pilates studio worth a lick in PDX.
