Dropped in to inquire if they sell battery options to support CPaP machines. They had everything I needed and provided good advice. Their staff person even set it all up for me so that the charger and adapter for my machine is a user friendly experience. Good service and a great price.

I had no idea what I was doing, and Kelly talked me through the steps, offered to be on call to help if I ran into problems, and lent me the tool I would need to change my battery. Incredible customer service, friendly and welcoming staff, and the cheapest prices. Please get all your battery needs taken care of here. They are amazing.

I am so happy I went here! I needed a new battery for my car and after calling around they were the cheapest by far. Kelly diagnosed the problem to make sure it was the battery and not the alternator and took out the battery and tested it for me. As expected I needed a new battery (he even showed me that was what the computer said). He installed my new battery in my car for free and cleaned up all the corrosion. I was in and out very quickly and now my car is running great! Definitely go here if you need a new car battery!

Great options and friendly service. Free installation, and when there was an issue with a refurbished battery (which they mentioned can happen when I bought it), they gave me a refund and put in another one! Customer service at its best.

Needed a battery for my lawn mower, of all things. The problem was, we had bought it 10 years ago in Vermont and the company that makes them is in… Vermont. Shipping a 20 pound battery that already cost $ 100 was not the best option. When I realized the one ‘special mower battery’ was actually two generic 12v batteries I started hunting around.
Long story short, called NWBS and described what I needed. The guy on the phone knew exactly what I needed and had them in stock. I headed down there and got a higher amp/​hour battery than the original and the guy even told me how to hook the leads back up so I didn’t blow myself up. Got them home, stuck them in the machine and cut the entire yard without any loss of power.
For about the same price as batteries online and ¹⁄₃ less than if I’d bought them from the mower place, I got to talk to a human in person and actually check the batteries to make sure they fit. Great deal all around.
