Simply awful. Non-​responsive once they’ve done the initial investment and billed you for their time. We’ve sent multiple emails with questions and gotten no response. Unbelievable really.

This must be one of the least professional financial planning firms in Portland. I had a similar experience as Doug below. I was unable to get a call back, even after my family and I prepared for services. Trust me, avoid at all costs.

They don’t seem equipped for new customers, kept postponing. It should have been a red flag that the initial 15-​minute get-​to-​know-​you call had to be rescheduled because the adviser was 10 minutes late (I was at work that day). Since then lots of «I’ll have my admin call you» (but she didn’t) and «We’re moving our offices this month, how about next month?» I finally gave up but felt like I wasted 6 months.
Website is nifty and I really liked the idea of sustainable and values-​focused planning, so this was a disappointment.

Jennifer de Thomas, CFP just gave a fantastic talk at Mercy Corps this evening on financial planning! It was extremely informative, she was very down to earth, funny, and basically a financial rockstar. I plan to use her services in the near future and you should too! And she offered to email everyone at the talk her presentation and spreadsheet tools. In one of her examples, she explains how tracking our debt and interest rates through one her tracking tools shows you exactly how many years and how much interest you’ll be paying. She saved one couple $ 30K through some unique strategy and different payment structures they didn’t know about.
