Considering the other cafeteria and vending machine options, it was a nice surprise to find a natural foods convenience store at OHSU. Located in the main hospital on the 9th floor, it stocks a small variety of ready-​to-​eat items like salads, fruit parfait in a cup and yogurt.
The largest selection of items are bars (Cliff, Luna, Kind, etc.), as well as healthier versions of chips, nuts and other snack food items. The most perplexing section was the freezer case. I’m guessing this caters to hospital employees with easy access to microwaves.
