So I gave these guys another shot. Since its been hard to find adequate care and a real diagnosis ANYWHERE. There’s all new people working here, they’re more friendly and professional. The facilities are the same but the experience this time was so much better. Nara Indian health clinic doesn’t just help native Americans, they will be there for you no matter your background. They take walk-ins, but if you’re going in for something that is worse than an ear infection or something else minor, you might be seen then asked to come for another appointment for more in depth visit with a doctor. I went in for what I feel is a serious issue, and am going to be seeing a neurologist as per their recommendations. So it’s nice to know they respond so promptly to issues necessitating a referral. They provide addiction help, diabetes testing, referrals for things like oncologists and neurologists and they’re equipped to handle lighter issues. Good luck, and good health everyone :)
