You couldn’t ask to learn music from more qualified, passionate and nice people! In a world where music is becoming less less a part of education, it is so refreshing to come across people who recognize music’s importance in education and life in general.

Chris at MusikHaus is amazing! I am so glad that we have had the experience working with Chris at Sauvie Island Academy. He is professional and fun. The buy in with the students is always a tough thing to achieve and he has done it! Each student can shine in their own way… and discover a new talent. Very impressed with the classroom managment as well!

As public school budgets dwindle for phys. ed., arts and music, it’s incumbent upon parents to find alternatives that will enrich the development of their children. There are many musical options available, and each is to be commended for the invaluable service they provide.
The Gabriels have a cozy and personalized venue along with a gift for engaging young students [especially my rambunctious boy] to learn that making music is fun. That the lessons are also teaching them secondary but invaluable skills to further their development is a bonus.
Chris’ style of teaching stems from his background in education and he has just the right knack of keeping the children on task while allowing their personalities to flourish within the class structure. I wish my piano teacher had been that good — I might have progressed further than the second or third level.
