As a first time hearing aid buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff at Mt. Hood made what could have been a very frustrating experience a positive one. Professional, friendly and patient on every visit, they worked with me for over 2 months to find a suitable hearing aid for me and to adjust it to my personal needs. When I wasn’t satisfied with the first pair I tried, Vladimir suggested a less expensive pair rather than trying to correct the problems by going to a higher end model, which saved me about 15% on price. I visited several other hearing aid providers before deciding to work with Mt. Hood to address my hearing loss– based on my experience, I feel I made the right choice.

Wayne is awesome! He was able to replace both of my hearing aids hook tubes and my ear mold tubes which had snapped this morning. I could not wait two full days to get them replaced at my medical appt at kaiser! Thanks Wayne!

Looking for a place to help my father with his hearing aids. These people are saints! Dealing with elderly people who can’t hear is a challenge at any level. Mr. Gutierrez made a house call to help my father set up his blue tooth hearing system to his telephone and his television. I can actually talk to him on the phone now which is marvelous. Mrs. Gutierrez helped us with a quick repair we needed and reviewed cleaning and battery changes. While I don’t look forward to needing these services myself, I am very happy to know Mt. Hood Hearing Aid Center is here when I do. Thank you!

Mt Hood Hearing Aid Center features state of the art testing equipment and offers the finest hearing aid products available. Very comfortable lobby/​waiting area with water cooler, free coffee and tons of magazines. Fully licensed, friendly owners. Highly recommended for hearing assistance needs at any age.
