I called this company after seeing their postcard at a friends house. I have been very impressed by Mr. Shine Services. I have had this company clean my gutters a few years now. They have also treated my roof for moss and installed gutter guards. They have done an exceptional job every time. I’m so happy that I found this company because I have found that way too many service providers try to cut corners and I end up being dissatisfied. Thank you Oleg and Anya!

Fantastic! Anya responded to my voice message within 10 Minutes to arrange an appointment. Oleg and his co-​worker showed up on time and finished the job to our full satisfaction. I can highly recommend Mr. Shine, I don’t know how window cleaning could be done any better, also the price is right. I will use them from now on.

Very immature actions from the guy in what looks to be a husband/​wife team. The guy showed up on time (8:30am) for an appointment that I’d initially forgotten about. I put my phone call on hold and we had a courteous conversation where we agreed he would walk around/​count windows and confirm the price quoted over the phone. Moments later when I hung up my call I looked outside for him but he was no where to be found. I waited a little thinking he went to get help … but he was long gone. Of course no calls were returned. Are you kidding me??? … I have a job myself that I could have been at. I know the quoted price was reasonable because it was in line with other quotes done on site.
One of the two will probably get on here being apologetic claiming there was a mixup. Don’t be fooled, you don’t just walk off the job. It was wrong. a very young and immature thing to do.

For great service, follow-​through and clean windows, you have to give Mr. Shine a call! I contacted them via their website and Anya sent me email with a bid within a couple hours! Now that’s quick service. She was able to see my house online and knew what the job entailed. Her quote was waaayyy cheaper than one of the competitors listed here that came out and looked at my home. Oleg and David came out as scheduled and completed my 30+ window job in a timely manner. They cleaned my windows, screens, sashes and sills to my great satisfaction! I paid by check and Anya sent me a copy of the invoice that afternoon via email. They are a very professional, courteous and efficient company to do business with. I’ve even asked them to put me on their mailing list for annual reminders. Contact them — you’ll be glad you did!

Oleg came out and did the windows inside and out of my house today. He also treated my roof for moss. I have lived in my house for almost 9 yrs, with most of my windows not getting any TLC. WOW! My husband and I can’t believe how great they look. It is one thing to KNOW they need to be cleaned but to actually see the difference once they are, is amazing. From start to finish EXCELLENT customer service and great communication. He was very through and took his time. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat and I know we will be using them again!
