This is a follow-​up to my previous review. To Moxon’s credit, they contacted the customer to tell them about my feedback. They confirmed that the customer was satisfied with their treatment and communication with Moxon. This is an improvement over a similar past event. I still feel that their maple prices are excessive, and they should work on obtaining a more reasonable supplier, but to their credit, they did an appropriate follow-​up with the customer. Well done.

I went here for the first time today and I am very impressed. Wide selection and if your a woodworker this place is heaven on earth. Phil who I assume owns this business was super friendly and very informative. Phil spent a good 20 – 30 minutes showing my wife and I different species from all over the world. From Wrenga to Binga, Rosewood, Zebrawood, to domestics like Oregon White Oak and American Walnut. This place has it all for boards to slabs and live edge. If your into wood this place will give you a woody! I will definitely be back and look forward to doing business in the future. Unlike the previous reviewer my experience was top notch.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Looks like they have a good selection of exotic wood but when it comes to getting help, I spent about 10 minutes sitting in their office/​entry and only heard footsteps upstairs. Went in the warehouse and it was empty. Visiting at noon turned out to be a bad call
