Great location, convenient hours and scheduling, excellent atmosphere, and most of all, a terrifically healing experience.

Mia has been an absolute Godsend to me in the last few months. I went into her acupuncture clinic having lost my health insurance and some really important medication as a result. Mia is so kind and compassionate. I feel like I can tell her anything, like she’s a trusted friend and confidante. I notice that the other people she’s treating the same room seem to feel the same way.
Mia has treated me for many different ailments including PMS, ADD, anxiety, and numbness in one leg that I was afraid I’d eventually need surgery for. So far I haven’t come up with a single thing that she couldn’t fix… even things that I’d been putting up with for years.
She asks all the right questions, puts me at ease, and all of this for a simple flat rate (for community acupuncture) of $ 15 per visit. Maybe it’s odd of me, but I liked that I didn’t have to figure out what to pay on a sliding scale… and at $ 15 per visit, I can afford to be treated frequently. I lie there for an hour in a comfy chair, with a soft blanket keeping me warm, and by the time I leave I’m as relaxed as if I’d had a 2-​hour massage.
She also goes out of her way to help me find new ways to improve my health. She has an amazing amount of knowledge about helpful foods for various conditions, and has emailed me some great articles. She really goes out of her way for her customers/​patients.
I don’t know what I’d do without her!
