Monir is one Realtor with whom you want to work! We met Monir on our move to Portland OR. We were looking for a home for ourselves, as well as home (s) for a 1031 Exchange. Monir is well versed in the various neighborhoods within the Portland Metro area, and upon meeting her she sat down with us and asked us ALOT of questions. What I really appreciate about Monir is that she is honest and forthright. She tells it like it is. We fell in love with one property but Monir did the math and felt it was way overpriced. Monir presents the facts — good and bad … counsels you … allowing you to make an educated decision on whether to buy or not. And she presented many options during our search. Never did we feel pressured to «buy» something «just so she could collect her commission and make a quick exit». She truly has your best interests at heart. That became very evident when we finally decided to put an offer on some properites. Monir came to the table fully prepared — asking for things that we hadn’t even thought of. And when we ran into issues with the listing agent /​builders — she was right there «fighting» for us. Even more astounding is that after the final closing — Monir still calls us and checks in. No doubts — once we decide to sell our Rental Properties — we will call Monir to handle the sale.
