A solid 3-​star establishment.
I took my unusually sized birth announcements here a couple months ago; they did a fabulous job making sure the graphic I’d used came through clearly on the paper they had in stock.
Five stars! Woohoo! Way to go, Minuteman Press!
A few months later, I went back to get a simple PDF printed out from my thumb drive. The guy behind the counter looked at me, befuddled, and told me to come back tomorrow because he’s «not the graphics person.» (Dude, I’m not asking you to design a 30-​page website – you stick the doohicky into your computer, you click on the icon corresponding to the document you want and hit «print»! It’s not exactly vector calculus.)
I offered – politely – if I could simply walk him through it. He said he couldn’t let customers «see what they have on [their] computers.» Oookaaaayyy…
Boo, Minuteman Press. No customer for you. One lonely star.
So, it balances out to three stars. okay, technically 2.5 stars. I’m rounding up out of optimism/​altruism.
