Mike O’hara Service

I have been a customer for almost 30 years, when I had them check out a used 320 I was interested in. Ended up buying a new one, and dealt with the dealership during the warranty period. Looked up Mike when the warranty expired, though, and have been going there ever since. Working on only BMWs is important to me, but the thing that is particularly impressive is that not only has Mike been there all these years, but Craig has as well. both are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and just plain nice to work with. I took my new-​to-​me BMW here for an oil change for the first time today since purchasing it over the weekend. I worked with Craig, who remembered me from our phone call two days earlier. He was pleasant, professional and offered me a spot to sit while I waited for the car. After changing the oil and looking the car over, he came and sat down with me to explain what he found with the car. He was very thorough, offered time lines for the upcoming brake service and what to look for with a small oil leak that was present. He gave me his card, and encouraged me to call if I had any questions regarding anything with the car. The final bill was even less than what was quoted.
When I first pulled up to this place, I wasn’t impressed by the looks of it. But hey, I’m only here to get the car serviced, and as long as they do well with that, I’m good with it. They seem to know their stuff, and I was happy with the service and the professionalism. When I take a car in someplace, I want someone who is good at what they do, and these guys seem to really know BMW’s because that is all they do. I’ve had plenty of not so great auto repair «service» work in this town, and I’m a bit nervous going any place new. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in, and I’m very happy that I’ve found a spot to take the new vehicle. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to Mike’s for years with my Vintage 1974 BMW 2002. I am on engine 3 since I have owned the car since 1977-​:) Mike and Craig are Excellent mechanics and seem to get better with age. They truly are quite knowledgable and always seem to take care of my problems for a more than fair price. Their shop is not the most attractive, but I could care less if they are doing a great job! HI have sent many people there who have had severe problems with their cars, old and new, and they had take the cars to many places before Mike O’Hara’s SVC. They now go to Mike. All of them.
