MetroPCS Portland

This review is for anyone in the market for a cellular phone. Let me begin with what led me to visit the Metro PCS store located at 3121 N. Lombard Street Portland Oregon 97 217.
I was a long time devoted customer of the Boost phone company, five years to be exact. when I found they had a plan that offered 20 gigs of service for new customers porting in a number from other companies.
When I phoned customer service to inquire as to how I could get the amount of gigs for my service. They told me I had to leave their company and return, in order to receive this promotion.
I exclaimed, «so you’re telling me that after five years of devoted patronage. You want me to go to another company and return, in order for me to get what I need»
Well needless to say, I was furious and felt very unappreciated. I immediately phoned the corporate headquarters of Metro PCS.
They informed me of a plan they offered for$ 60.00 a month, $ 5.00 more than what I was paying at Boost. Then they told me that for that $ 5.00 more, I would get much more.
I found this to be very enticing. So I went immediately to the location above and met with the store manager (Jessica) she calmed me down and walked me through the steps of my new phone and plan.
I cannot tell you in this review of the awesome skills of Jessica, and her tireless efforts to make absolutely sure she has done all she could, to ensure my complete understanding, and satisfaction of my new relationship with Metro.
In brief, I can tell you this. Take caring for what you do, along with compation, devotion, and integrity. Now, multiply that by infinity and take it to the depths of forever. And you still wouldn’t comprehend my experience with this young lady. Until you experience it for yourself.
I certainly hope she gets the unconditional recognition she deserves.
I am now, and will remain a Metro customer for years to come.

This review is of the Metro PCS retail outlets in Reno, not Portland: They advertised that you could get an Avant Galaxy phone for free with 4 line family plan at 100 dollars a month for service, no extra fees, taxes, charges. None of their stores had the phone. As far as I can tell, the deal quoted to me does not exist. It is bait and switch. If you deal with them, get everything in writing.

I always want to give the little guy a chance and thought I would do business with Metro PCS and this neighborhood dealer. But after only 24 hours my phone service quit working and there is no customer care
