We called Lance in November of 2014 when locked out of our home. He was timely, professional and did excellent work.

I called five locksmiths on Sunday that advertised «24/​7, holiday and weekend service.»
Lance was the only one who answered my call, except for one guy who advised me to go to Home Depot, buy a new lock and install it myself.
Lance came to my house on time, quickly analyzed the problem and repaired the broken lock.
The fee he charged was completely reasonable for the service he provided.
I would give him my highest recommendation.

I scheduled Lance to replace all the locks on a house my husband and I had just purchased. Lance arrived on-​time, was knowledgable and courteous, and he replaced 10 locks (5 doors with two locks each) in what seemed like no time at all. His prices were fair and there were no surprises.

We purchased a 1949 ranch in North Portland. It has four exterior doors with both original locks and dead bolts. We had keys for some of the doors, but not others. In addition, the front door lock was loose and difficult to use. Lance and Mike arrived on time. They quickly reviewed the situation and set to work. They replaced cylinders for the locks that didn’t have keys and re-​keyed all the locks to fit a single key. They supplied us with two masters and several copies. Not only were they fast and efficient, they also pointed out some potential safety issues with one door and they were able to adjust the front door lock so it works better.
