Meridian Cacao Company is a cocoa bean importer and distributor of fine cacao. They source cocoa beans from cocoa farms in Tanzania, Ecuador, Madagascar, Trinidad and Tanzania! They work using a direct trade model, taking better care of the farmers and paying them well beyond Fair Trade prices! We bought cocoa beans from them for our craft chocolate company that we are just getting started. They were awesome to work with and responded professionally and graciously to all our many questions. They even sent us free samples of cocoa beans that we were interested in buying. We loved working with Gino Dalla Gasperina and can’t wait to buy from them as our business expands.
