Had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. Jason is an outstanding sales rep– absolutely will refer him to everyone. The finance, sales and courtesy staff all excellent. Will not buy a car from another dealership.

My girlfriend was looking for a Mazda 3 and spotted on on Mercedes of Beaverton’s website. I called in and spoke with James Plumlee. We went in and met with James. I thought it was a little strange buying a Mazda from a Mercedes dealer but James was very helpful. We did not feel pressured at all and the whole process was very friendly. I would recommend James and the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you guys!

I’m currently looking for a new European estate of some sort, on a whim, I started my hunt here. I arrived in my purposely ghettoed out car and I was immediately and pleasantly greeted by multiple people asking what I was looking for. I eventually ended up with a kind gentleman named John. He listened to what I was saying, didn’t pressure me, and guided me to other possible options. They didn’t have any wagons in the configuration that i wanted; however, John suggested that I drive one of the E250 saloons they had on the lot. I absolutely loved the diesel and almost settled for it, but no go, I want a wagon. In the end, I’m waiting on the 2016 – 17 E-​class redesign. I’ve also been to Mercedes of Portland, Wilsonville, and (HA, HA!) Salem. When it comes time to buy, I’m ordering through Mercedes of Beaverton.

Horrible service experience! I honestly don’t know how their business is still operating. They Always find away to make money off of people but again when you have a recall problems, they will do anything they can to denied warranty. I used to love Mercedes but not so much anymore especially after owning two top of the line Mercedes cars. This specific dealer (Mercedes of Beaverton) had made me feel this way about them. I’m going to have to look into owning a BMW or Ferrari from now on. The funny thing is I was planning to purchase their brand new 2016 cls coupe within 6 months but that goal/​plan is now disappearing.

Horrible and Misleading customer service! I purchase a new GLA250 here last Xmas. I finally decided to write my review today. I purchased the life time oil change with my new car after being convinced that the oil change cost about $ 200 each time every 10k miles. During my first oil change, I was told they will give me a $ 40 basic oil change unless I upgrade it to the A or B oil change service. What a SCAM! So, I only did the basic oil change. These people won’t even bother to top off my windshield fluids. I found that out during my road trip a week after my oil change. Future, these people never call me when my license plates arrived at the dealership. I called them wondering where the heck is my plate when my temporary was expiring. This wasn’t the end of bad things. My tires got punctured a few months after I purchase the car. I was being told there is absolutely no warranty on the tires so I need to pay for a new tire which cost about $ 400. I email the manager and the finance manager to complaint about the situations. No one responded to me or bother to care! I guess I am just a small fish buying a new GLA. They have more important fishes to fried. This is my 2^nd Benz. I will never buy another at this dealership! If you like Benz, try other dealerships.

Don’t buy your Benz from here. The sales people are nice and do a great job, but the management and the behind the scenes people are terrible. The service center does an average job but is way overbooked. You will never get a deal that’s good for your wallet here.

Beaverton Mercedes Benz is a exceptional dealership. Cameron, Dennis, Joey, and Sonia, provided the best buying experience on Saturday, August 22, 2015, that my husband and I have ever experienced. The key elements of the experience include but, are not limited to the following: 1) active listening to all of our questions; 2) an extremely competitive asking price; 3) thorough and succinct answers to all of our questions; and 4) the fact that they operate like one big family. This is the 4^th day in a row that I tried to reach a service representative through phone but no one was lifting the call or answering back after leaving lots of voice mails. This is the nearest service center from my home and I didnt want to drive long distance with my car’s issue… I will drop by to see if I can get better service on location…

Brandon King is the guy in sales you should look for. He took care of all the issues we faced in our order. Mercedes made a mistake (another salesman entered our order in their system and that person made the mistake) in ordering our custom CLA 250 so when it arrived in February 2015 after 4 months of long wait, it wasn’t exactly the car we were expecting. but Brandon offered us that Mercedes will order a new car with all the features we wanted, and after another 2.5 months of wait we can exchange our old car for the new custom one without paying anything extra except the title transfer fee! Not a bad deal at all… Great experience with the sale!
Not sure of the service dept though, we haven’t taken our new car for servicing yet :-)

I came to this dealership about a month ago to see a vehicle I had been inquiring about with a salesman for about a week. To make a long story short, when I got to the dealership, the salesman tried to sell me a completely different car then what we had been negotiating on. Mileage/​color/​everything! I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t even know what stock was current on the company site (and it had been conveniently updated the day I arrived so the car I came to see was no where to be found on the site).
I was expecting more from this dealership but they did a good job of reassuring me all car salesman’s are the same, 82^nd ave or Beaverton Mercedes.

When you think service for your expensive Benz think Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. they have the best service advisors by far, Rob T. is my service advisor, this guy is very honest person you can find today.

we found the car through their web site, called and made all necessary negotiations over the phone, stopped at the dealer ship, quick test drive, quick paper work, and left an hour later with a purchased car. It is the smoothest car buying experience i ever had.

Great Service here at Beaverton. Sales staff was great when we were looking to buy and extremely professional. Service department has exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond when they didn’t have to.

I was trying to find a car and decide to try Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. Elias Wilson showed me the cars I wanted to see and he is very knowledgeable about MB cars. After testing the cars I liked I decided to buy a CLA250. Elias told me that I could have the car built in Germany with the options I wanted, and I chose that option. Once the car arrived to Beaverton Elias contacted to pick up the car. The service was excellent, Elias made sure that most of the paperwork was done before I came to pick up the car, I only had to sign a few documents and that was all I had to do.
If you want to buy a Mercedes Benz, I would recommend you to contact Elias Wilson, he made the buying process very easy and pressure free.

i visited this dealership about six months ago with my sister who was buying a GL. I’m not sure what has changed, but apparently someone bought them out and their service has been horrible since. They don’t return phone calls, don’t follow up on orders, don’t follow up on requests, and have a dismissive, supercilious attitude. For the amount of money you spend there, I would expect the staff to be at least somewhat engaged in the sales. The attitude I got was, «this is mercedes. you’re lucky we’re selling you a car. you can take it or leave it, there are others who want it.» I’m not sure where these other 5 star reviews are coming from, but this was not my experience in three visits in a short amount of time there.
I would recommend checking out another dealer if you’re still interested in purchasing a mercedes. I’m checking out other makes.

I went in to look at the GLK. I was not looking for anything fancy. I just wanted something to commute and give to my daughter in 3 years when she turns 16.
I guess some of it was my fault. I did NOT do a lot of research.
I thought I was getting a good deal on used GLK and trade in on my Acura RL 2006. I came home and hummmm I saw a similar car (same year less milage better equipped) for couple of thousand less in Seattle/​Tacoma MB dealers. Well, do your homework folks. When I read the reviews from C and D, Motor trend, Consumer Reports, etc. Reviews were «okay». So I decided not to drive up to Seattle and buy one. I am still looking for a car.
I wish they will just tell me they are giving me an «okay deal» versus telling me that they are giving me a «great deal». I HATE BUYING CARS!!! I STILL NEED A CAR!!!,

5÷14÷14 time for an update. I finally bought an E350, and it needed a bit of warranty work done. I took it to this dealership and had it take care of. I have to say I am a bit spoiled from owning several Infiniti’s and dealing with their Customer Service Department which is FAR superior to this one.
The Service guys were nice enough; they said it would take about an hour, it ended up taking nearly two hours. One nice young man showed me a few things about my Car Stereo which I appreciated greatly.
As I mentioned in my previous review, their Customer Service waiting area leaves much to be desired. The chairs are uncomfortable, there is constant music playing throughout the place and that makes it hard to concentrate on reading.
There are stuffy Sales people walking around acting arrogant. Not one person looked or said one word to me except their super nice Receptionist; she was the bright star of my entire experience.
I felt uncomfortable and out of place the entire time. I will try to find another dealer for my future needs.
I would suggest a field trip across the street to Infinity to see how it is done.
