Piece of crap McDonalds never has milkshake. Out of the 8 times I’ve asked for it, they’ve only had it once. One sorry store. disgrace. their soda is great tho

Fix your freaking ice cream machine! Its been broken since August. Every time i come here, its broken. Seriously, cough up the dough to fix it. & stop being cheap.

BIOHAZARDOUS WASTE DUMP. This is the absolute dirtiest place I have ever been even for a McDonald’s. This location should be shut down by the health department. If I could rate negative stars I would have.
I went in with my husband one evening when nothing else was open and intended to get some food and use the restroom. My husband ordered while i went to use the restroom, but the handicapped stall in the women’s room was covered in feces and the only other stall had been used and would not flush. It was actually not functional. When I went out to the counter to say something to the staff they said they were too busy to worry about it. At that point my husband and I both got fairly upset because the bathroom was in no condition for anything. I would not send my children in there, my elderly parents or anyone else with a weak immune system and I cannot imagine how the employees were able to keep their own hands clean to maintain minimum food health safety standards, much less use a toilet when they needed. I say again, when I tried to talk to the employees about it, THEY LAUGHED AT ME so I left. Then they proceeded to curse at my husband and he asked for a refund and left. He said right before he walked out a manager came from somewhere in the back and said they should not be talking to customers in that way, but again he did nothing to actually address the problem. I was outside trying to call into the location to talk to a manager but the girl who picked up (obviously not the manager) hung up on me immediately when I said they needed to attend to their hazardous waste dump in the bathroom.
I know this is just another fast food restaurant but you have to draw a line somewhere right? We live quite nearby and we never go to this McDonald’s because it is always filthy so we can’t trust the food, and yet NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. We also eat at the Carl’s Jr nearby and they are very clean and always concerned about health hazards in their bathrooms.
They continue to ignore customers’ pleas for a minimum level of cleanliness and disease free environment. Even OSHA rules say you must have a working toilet.

This place’s service sucks… period! The employees seem to hate their jobs and it shows…

I am very dissatisfied with this McDonalds. I don’t usually eat McDonalds but when I was given a gift card, I decided to use it for lunch and since this location is closest to my place of employment, I decided to get lunch here on 3 occasions within 2 weeks.
All three visits were equally dissatisfying. My third visit in particular is the one that sent me over the wall. Each time I went in, I waited in line for more than 5 minutes (on average) with no one in line in front of me. The employees weren’t bubbly. Most of them had an ’ I’m better than you ’ attitude. The facility was dirty each time, but on the 3^rd visit it was the worst. Every table was dirty. The employees were notified of this, yet nothing was done about it. I had to wipe off my own table after asking for napkins that were supposed to be stocked by the Soda machine. The soda machine was a mess. There was napkins, straw wrappers, burger wrappers and old fries all over the floor and tables. The thing that got me was an employee actually took a break and sat at one of the dirty tables as another employee brought her an ice cream cone. If there’s time to make ice cream cones and go on breaks, there is plenty of time to clean up, even just little.
I work in customer service and have for over 5 years. I know what it’s like to be busy or understaffed but each time I was in, the employees were standing around, talking and laughing. Don’t get me wrong, these are things I condone in the work place but not when there are tasks to be accomplished.
One last thing, I contacted the 1 – 800 number on the receipt, left a voicemail but haven’t received a response. My intentions are not to put any employees or the restaurant down. My intention is to let it be know that there are some things that need to be worked on, especially after 3 visits of the same non sense.
Three strikes your out.
