Slow! Takes about 15 min for drive thru sometimes! Don’t ever go if in a hurry

Comment: Pulled up and ordered two sausage burritos. The order taker asked me if I wanted salsa and I said yes, four. I go to the Hispanic woman at the food window and she gave me the bag. I checked and it had no salsa (normal there). I asked for the salsa and she said she had to charge me for it. I gave her the food back and said I wouldn’t pay for it. I have never been charged before in 10 years. She went somewhere holding up the line and came back with the bag and said they would give them to me this time. I said no and said that she screwed up and she said I did too and said that the salsa was already in the back anyway which it wasn’t. After waiting another 5 minutes and watching the line back up even more she came back with my money. I work on the island but I won’t go back after that event.

Wow. I’ve worked in fast food and that was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I just wasted an hour of my life resolving this and I will NEVER return.
I ordered an egg sausage mcmuffin meal with a pumpkin spice latte @ 11:04am. At the window the manager told me to park so they can cook the egg. The manager didn’t give me my drink so I went inside after waiting 2 minutes to retrieve it from her. Got back in my car. At 11:22 I went inside to see what happened since it takes 20 mins to cook 2 omelettes, not 1 egg… The manager was on break and my food forgotten. All she said was sorry. I leave at 11:28. I get to school and open my mcmuffin and the outside of the bun is BURNT BLACK all around the edges.
I go back and she greets me with a «Now what’s wrong?» Not very polite. They remake my food and give me a large plain latte (Yuck!) at 11:55. Minimum wage is 9.25 and I just spent an hour resolving it. The least she could do was offer me a refund but she only apologized once.

Waited in the drive thru for fifteen minutes just to order a coffee, waited another 5 minutes after that before deciding I already spent more in gas money and drove off. Pathetic. Three cars ahead of me when I originally got there.

Wow. Just wow. Terrible drive-​thru. Ordered DIET soda. Got that wrong. Ordered «egg white mcmuffin». Got regular mcmuffin. They do not care and it shows. But it is McDonald’s, so there’s that.

You would think this place would learn that staffing with two people is probably stupid to run a McDonalds with a drive through. Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

There’s a Redbox at this location in case you want a movie to go with your junk food.
As far as a McDonald’s goes, this one is pretty good. Clean inside. Updated décor. There was a funky smell, as if their grease traps had been recently changed. Also, there are some interesting customers there… indicative of the area.
The food was hot and took seconds to prepare. If you can get past the fact that you’re eating tortured animals and GMO potatoes, this is the place to be!

Driving through industrial N Portland always kind of freaks me out, everytime a truck drives past my little VW begins in shake (or maybe it’s me shaking.) Either way decided to hit the drive thru last week and joined the line of blue collars in F-​150s for breakfast. The staff was super friendly (not typical McD’s experience) and the food was correct (see last aside.) This is way better than the closer McD’s, but I would drive the .5 miles to go to N. Going.
