Excellent Customer Service. Thought I would save money by buying online for my brand of appliance. WRONG! Saved $ 30 vs online pricing and they received it faster than buying online. Only 2 days later and all my parts were there. Even provided me a refreshment from the Sub Zero while I was waiting for the tech to determine my parts list.
