Mandy is great. She had all the angles figured out for us when we worked together. If you are looking for someone to help you change spaces Mandy Mistkawi should be your top choice.
We moved here from the Midwest and had to rent for a bit until we knew the area. She knew what areas of town were appreciating and what was depreciating.
When it came time to line up contractors too she was like a conductor. Polite but firm!

Mandy is the realtor for you if you want professional, knowledgable and trust worthy service. There are a lot of fast talking realtors out there but Mandy takes time with you! She listens to know your needs and style before taking you on rounds of showing places.
Her knowledge based on real estate from the Pearl district was extremely impressive. What was great about my purchasing experience with Mandy was not only her, but the referral network she comes with! There isn’t something you would need that Mandy couldn’t put you in touch with!
