Macadam Bay is a private ownership houseboat community on the West side of the Willamette River by the Sellwood Bridge in the John’s Landing neighborhood.
In fact, Macadam Bay is actually the only moorage on the West side of the Willamette River, South of Downtown Portland, on the Springwater Corridor trail which is good reason why the pricing is so high here.
It appears that currently the average price for homes in this moorage is around $ 450K. The price you pay for living on the SW riverfront.
