Won’t even think about trying it as one employee smokes a cigarette over the BBQ while cooking. Lovely. Really? What are you thinking? Apparently you weren’t. See picture for proof. St. J community… don’t stand for this and voice your disgust. We are too much of a foodie town to let this stand!!!

So freakin good. If your on the fence lemme help you out — come eat here. Burger was made to order by amazingly friendly and funny Dave(who I think is the only guy here period). Burgers come with a side of chips, and he cooks it so perfectly(I believe all burgers should be on the medium side of medium rare) and keeps it so juicy. Expect a mess of juices dripping out of that delicious hunk of meat — my bf and I didn’t and we had a drippy stains on my scarf and his pants to show for it. But it was worth it. Both were bombdiggity, I think the pimento one just barely beats out the kuza one. But I’d eat either in a minute. Maybe both if I could do it.

Finally tracked down Kuza Burger, the new food cart opened by the owners of Yakuza Lounge. The parking lot was bare at first leading new to worry they might butt be open, luckily this was not the case. I had the Kuza burger with a side of jalapeño chips and some coconut water. The burger was burning awesomeness for my mouth, hot but still flavorful. The beef was well cooked and juicy and scrumptious. They aren’t on Google yet but you can get directions here on Unilocal. They are definitely worth the trip, I’ll be returning soon. BTW they have a Portobello option for you vegetarians out there. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
