Kiss Carwash

I’ve been a customer for years but noticed over the past year or so that the dry cycle is too short and I’m left with water on the passenger side windshield which creates spots.

I used this car wash 3 times. I have a rear windshield and it was taped 2 previous times. The third time, I reminded them to tape the window. When I pulled away, I noticed there was no tape. Rain came the day after the wash. My windshield wiper was broken. A sign posted at the car wash reads that it is not responsible for damage so I knew this car wash would not pay for the repair.
This is second time I had a car wash damage windshield wipers but on a different vehicle. I was so frustrated because this damage could have been prevented if the windshield wiper had it been taped as requested. Obviously, I have not been back.

I’ve been going to this car wash location for over ten years and generally haven’t had any problems. Sometimes, I have to ask to run through the wash again because soap was on the car still or it was dirty still. They always oblige and have you put your name and the reason for the second wash. I paid for an $ 8 car wash tonight and pulled back in to vacuum my car out and noticed that it was pretty dirty still so went back through and the technician, ‘Oscar’, gave me serious attitude about it. It was pretty unbelievable. He kept questioning it. Couldn’t believe the attitude. Then be and the other car washer stood in the little cashier area and literally pointed at me and were laughing. Felt pretty lame. Done.

This place does a pretty good job for the cheapest wash of $ 7. I would recommend if you need your car clean and don’t feel like doing it yourself or need it clean in a hurry. My MINI is left sparkling and I’m always satisfied.
I haven’t had any bad experience with customer service. I just pay and go about my business in the car wash, they don’t really talk, just collect your payment and guide you in, fine by me!

I decided to get my car the deluxe wash for $ 10. My car is still dirty, I have water spots all over the car and windows and my rims are still covered in dirt. I don’t expect a $ 10 wash to make my car look brand new but I do expect it to be cleaner than when I started. Tried calling and nobody picks up. Will post pics when I can. Go to a do it yourself it will be cheaper and cleaner.

Here I am again. This time they ran my card and still started the roller even though I have complained about this over and over. They insist on stacking vehicles one on top of the next. Anyways, this time the guy started my truck going, meantime the guy on the right is still unscrewing my antenna. He threw it across my hood so they could hand it to me. Im getting wet during this because power windows only go up so fast. This car wash is dangerous and a disaster is in their future if they dont change their habits.

This place is the worst!!! Horrible machine and worse employees! Rude as hell and then they pretend they don’t speak English! Kaddy Car wash is a thousand time’s better for a drive thru and one of the best on the area is United Car wash! I hope this place gets shut down soon so no one else has to suffer thru the distraction to their vehicle’s or the frustration of ins claims and law suits!

Not sure how impressed I should be. It’s a drive thur car wash for Pete’s sake. The couple times I have been, they have 2 friendly dudes washing with a brush, the front and rear. This is a big difference compared to the other places on the east side where the just give your car a quick spritz with a garden hose.

For what you pay here, not a bad deal. It was $ 5 for a regular wash, $ 8 for wash and wax, and $ 10 for a deluxe wash. From my experience that’s pretty competitive with other drive-​thru car washes. For $ 8 my Jeep came out clean and shiny in less than 2 minutes. What I pay for when I come to carwashes is convenience and time. I’m not expecting a full detail for $ 5-​$ 10.
I did have to vacuum my floors for an extra $ 1 at the vacuum station. Usually it’s fifty cents or something but hey, can’t have cake and eat it too! No big deal. I feel like I made it outta here with a happy, clean vehicle for $ 9. Not a bad thing.
For the person who reviewed this place before me and brought their brand new car here, what were you thinking? If you have a new vehicle or a custom paint job you don’t take it to a touch car wash. You take it to a touchless wash or a detail shop to protect that shine! We all have to learn them the hard way sometimes.

I would give a –star review if I could. Today I took my BRAND NEW Toyota Prius C-​2, I lovingly call Zoomie, to get a bath. I started off going to the AMAZING McDonalds next to the car wash for a iced coffee and to check everything on my car prior to going through the motorized washing thing. I paid $ 10 for the highest level they offer. I start thinking it’s really cool going through the wash, taking a video on my Android phone. I hear knocking, grinding and pinging all throughout the process and then my mirrors get snapped back. Reason to get worried right? Well I pull out of the wash and pull over to vacuum my lil car. I dry her off and then see a bunch of dings and scratches all over! I ask for their insurance info, told I have to wait for the manager. They say he’ll show up in 30 minutes. It takes 1hr for him to show up. He then begins giving me the runaround and saying they are all road dings and that it’s rock related. I checked before going in remember? And there were NOOO scratches or anything. Next he offers to wax and buff the car. There are also MANY micro scratches all over the car. I repeatedly ask for the insurance, no such luck. I call the number on their website. I talk to a lady saying they won’t give me the insurance info. I then call my State Farm Agent and they said that’s illegal and to get all the employee’s full names and to tell them I’ll be calling the Beaverton Police to confirm and enforce Oregon’s insurance laws. They then refuse to give me their names and more and more hoopla. They said go ahead and call the Police. I then get a call from my WONDERFUL State Farm Agent’s office letting me know they called the head office and that they were threatening to have me removed from the premises by Beaverton Police and filing harassment charges because I was asking for names and insisting on getting their insurance documentation if I didn’t immediately leave.
So that’s that right? So I leave, but not before taking extensive pictures. I drive over to my agent’s office, less than a mile away. They confirm the damage and direct me to an auto body shop. The estimate I receive to repair the damage? $ 1,545.71! Now trying to figure out what to do. My car only has 3,340 miles on it and it’s not even 3 months old. I’m still trying to figure out what to do about the repairs or even what I can afford. I’m a new college graduate and on a very tight budget. I’m very unhappy with the service here and do not recommend this location to anyone!
